Mr. Patrick Pomeroy has over twenty-seven years experience as a Fee Appraiser in the Peace-Liard District (Northern British Columbia & Alberta). Mr. Pomeroy started PVG as Pomeroy Appraisals in Fort St. John BC in 1988; handing management over in the spring of 2007. He has overseen a company that provides professional and accurate real estate services such as valuations and consulting that has grown from one location to the most diverse, most experienced company providing such services to the entire Alberta and British Columbia Peace Country. Mr. Pomeroy continues to complete valuation reports from his home office in Salmon Arm, BC.

Mr. Cumming is a graduate of Lakeland College, University of British Columbia, and University of Missouri. From an agricultural background, specializes in Agricultural Farm & Ranch style properties since 1998 at Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd, with considerable experience from grazing leases to Feed Mills & intensive livestock operations. Mr. Cumming has experience in preparing appraisals for expropriation, litigation, refinance, divorce, purchasing, selling, transferring, or for estate purposes. Mr. Cumming has been credited as an expert witness in the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta. Involved in general appraising and related assessment since 1995 while being employed by Alberta Municipal Affairs Assessment Services, the City of Grande Prairie Assessment Department, and Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. Mr. Cumming also offers Real Estate consulting services.

Mr. Klaas Wolfe joined Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. March of 2004, having received his education through UBC towards his Candidate Member CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation. Mr. Wolfe is a Residential Appraiser, specializing in urban and rural residential appraisals. With prior experience in the building industry, he serves private clients and various financial institutions in areas such as refinancing, investment financing, as well as the sale or purchase of properties.

Paul Chana has been a resident of Grande Prairie, Alberta for over 30 years. He has ten years experience in Personal and Commercial Banking, specializing in Commercial Banking over the past five years with one of the top five Chartered Banks in Canada before joining Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. in 2006. He also has related experience in construction and has been a member of the Grande Prairie construction association. He is currently working towards his A.A.C.I designation with the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate member of The Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Mrs. Anderson is a Residential Appraiser, specializing in urban residential appraisals. With prior experience with the City of Grande Prairie where Mrs. Anderson worked as a Property Assessor, she brings many years of experience in the inspection and valuation of residential property. She serves private clients and various financial institutions in areas such as refinancing, investment financing, as well as the sale or purchase of properties.

Mr. Todd Dalke has over fifteen years experience in real estate appraisals with Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. Mr. Dalke has been servicing from Edmonton, Alberta to Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Mr. Dalke has extensive experience in residential, farms, commercial and industrial appraisal assignments. He specializes in business valuations with particular attention to gas bars, convenience stores, and car washes.

Mr. Joe Froese was raised in the La Crete area, after which he attended Olds College and received an Agricultural Engineering Technology diploma. Mr. Froese has worked in the construction industry as an estimator and as an architectural technologist. Mr. Froese is currently working towards his CRA designation through studies at the University of British Columbia, and is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada serving private clients as well as financial institutions.

Mr. Ken Froese has resided in Fort St. John, BC for the past 25 years. During this time he has worked as a teacher in the areas of Industrial Arts and Special Education. He has also had experience in the construction industry. He has been working towards his CRA designation through UBC and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He joined Pomeroy Valuation Group in October, 2005, specializing in urban and rural residential property valuation.

Mr. Hunter has extensive experience in the Valuation of Multi-Family & Single Family Residential, Commercial, Retail and Office Developments, Hotels / Motels, Industrial, and in preparing appraisal reports for expropriation litigation. He has been with Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. since April 2002.

Previously, while employed with BC Assessment for 12 years, he was responsible for all facets of Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Agricultural valuation exclusively in the Peace River Region. He developed field inspection procedures and was actively involved in training new personnel in all aspects of property valuation. He has extensive experience in reviewing property assessments, ensuring the consistent application of accepted appraisal methodology for all property types.

Mr. Ron McLeod joined Pomeroy Valuation Group Ltd. on September 3, 2003. Mr. McLeod is presently continuing the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics and is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Mr. McLeod was born in Dawson Creek, BC and had been employed with BC Assessment for the past 9 years, where he gained experience in Residential, Agricultural, Industrial, and some Commercial valuation. Mr. McLeod has a great deal of experience defending and making recommendations to Review Panels, concerning both value and equity in real property assessments.

Ms. Dale Tuchscherer, a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, is presently completing his CRA designation through UBC and is a licensed appraiser with RECA. Mr. Tuchscherer provides residential and country residential appraisal services to the entire BC and AB Peace River District.

Ms. Wolfe has been with the company since April 2008 and comes to the company with over five years of office administration experience. Brenda provides office assistance and support to clients and appraisers across the AB Peace Country.
